
This Code of Conduct/Ethics is established in accordance with the objectives set forth in our bylaws.
It is a guideline to be used and followed by the members of the BBCA.
As a member of the Biewer Breed Club of America, Inc., we agree to uphold the principles of the Club's Constitution,
Bylaws, Code of Ethics/Code of Conduct and Breed Order at all times. We will protect the interests of the Biewer breed in a manner reflecting credit to ourselves, the breed, and the
Biewer Breed Club of America, Inc. Representing and respecting
this code in the most positive manner and conduct ourselves with professionalism and courtesy. This Code sets a standard of Canine Commitment that all should strive to achieve. The
Code is intended to provide each member guidelines towards... Principles
and behaviors which will help guide our Biewer Breed Club and its members in the most positive light. The members of the BBCA will at all times conduct themselves with courtesy and kindness towards
others whether it is in public or in private. They shall
not defame or slander anyone in public for any reason. They
will keep accurate breeding records, registration and pedigrees of the Biewers. They will follow the guidelines set
forth in our "Breed Order" concerning the breeding standards that they are too adhere to. They will maintain the best possible standards of canine health and cleanliness for the Biewer
at all times. They will represent themselves in an honest
manner that will not, in any way, misrepresent, mislead, or defraud any person whether in advertising or purchasing. Members realize that they represent the dog fancy in general and the Biewer
Breed Club of America Inc. specifically to the general public. Members
will act in a professional and good sportsman like manner at all times and will respect the rules of hotels/motels, show sites
and of all show sponsors. Assistance and encouragement shall
be willingly offered by members to show novices and enthusiasts and all others seeking advice and guidance. Members will strive to defend, preserve and protect the Biewer breed and encourage others to
do so.
